Recently I did a TEDx talk which got a standing ovation.

It's my second time going on TEDx and this particular talk, we touched on a very powerful topic.

Over a decade ago, I transformed my life from a state of deep depression and life-threatening autoimmune condition to one of health, happiness, and global influence.

In my younger years, I succumbed to the pressures of a hedonistic lifestyle. I loved it, but wasn't the best for my body.

Then I transitioned to a pharmacy career because I wanted to help people, but it turned out to be highly unfulfilling.

Looking back on it now, I'm not surprised my health suffered greatly but thankfully, during my darkest hours, I discovered the elements that would completely change my life: Breathwork & Ayurveda.

With simple tweaks to my lifestyle, and becoming obsessed with Breathwork, I was able to align my mind, body, and spirit.

This alignment not only saved me, but also allowed me to create a global movement that helps others find their purpose and passion.

Now I want to share with you the same method that helped me as a step-by-step guide, so you can also make your dreams come true!

Step-By-Step

1. Self-Awareness:

It's very important to know yourself, so take some serious time to reflect on your passions and talents. Identify what truly makes you happy and what drains your energy. Be honest about your strengths and weaknesses.

2. Mind, Body, and Spirit Alignment:

True alignment involves synchronizing your thoughts, emotions, and physical state.
Do your best to balance all aspects of your lifestyle to achieve harmony and flow.

3. Harness the Power of Breath:

The breath is the bridge between your mind and body and it's also the remote control to your emotional states. Master breathing techniques to calm your mind, reduce stress, enhance mental clarity and emotional stability.

4. Embrace the Flow State:

Give priority to the tasks that align with your passion and purpose and engage in activities that fully absorb you. Also, cultivate a state of flow where you feel effortlessly productive and time seems to stand still.

5. Boost Your Mojo:

Make sure you take care of your body through proper nutrition, regular exercise and deep sleep.
Cultivate a positive attitude and put yourself in an uplifting environment so you can reach and maintain a high level of energy and vitality.

6. Create Positive Habits:

Use consistency to build discipline and momentum so you can achieve long-term changes. Integrate positive habits into your routine that support your well-being and alignment.

7. Connect with a Higher Purpose:

Aim to align your actions with a greater cause or vision so you can find meaning and purpose beyond yourself. Deepen your spiritual awareness with Advanced Breathwork.

8. Transform Your Environment:

Identify and remove negative habits and influences that hinder your progress. Surround yourself with a positive environment and grow your network with high-vibe, like-minded individuals so you can have a supportive and inspiring environment that helps your growth.

9. Practice Gratitude and Forgiveness:

Forgive but don't forget. Let go of past grudges and cultivate a mentality of gratitude. Focus on the positive side of your adventure and celebrate every win, no matter how big or small it is.

10. Achieve Greatness:

Always strive for personal growth and improvement. Combining your flow and mojo you will become unstoppable and the alignment of mind, body and spirit will help you push forward when things get difficult so you can persevere and succeed.

By following these steps, you can transform your life from a state of misery to one of passion, purpose, and fulfillment.
