Morning Routine

  1. Hydrate: Upon waking, drink 4 cups of pure mineral water.
  2. Support Your Gut: Take 2 sachets of Visbiome or VSL3. Avoid solid food for 1-2 hours to rehydrate and calm your digestive system. Continue this routine for 14 days.
  3. Boost Nutrients: After 30-60 minutes, take 2 tablespoons of SOMA Holistica. Let it absorb into your gums for 10-15 minutes, then swallow with water.

Eating Guidelines

  • Chew Well: Chew each bite thoroughly-about 30 times-until it becomes a liquid mash before swallowing. Remember, your stomach doesn't have teeth!

  • Eat Mindfully: Stop eating when you're 80% full. Eat only when hungry and avoid eating after 8 PM. This approach supports all dosha types.

Add Bone Broth

Eliminate these common gut irritants:

  • Wheat, oats, rye, and buckwheat
  • Lentils, peas, non-GMO soybeans, and corn

  • Canola, sunflower, and sugar beets
  • Potatoes and raw nuts (peanuts, cashews, almonds)
