Tips For Dealing With Covid

As a wonderful NY present I got ‘covid or omnicron' and gained natural immunity, or at least I think I did…

In our villa where we have a small crew staying right now, I tested negative but others tested positive and we all have exactly the same symptoms, live in the same villa and got sick and recovered in a couple of days using the same treatment protocol.

The tests (especially the cheap pharmacy ones) as I have always said are sketchy and not reliable enough to make diagnosis as they equally give false positives and false negatives.

I may have had a lower viral load than everyone else as I religiously practice nasal breathing and techniques to boost nitric oxide that kills germs in the nasal passages, hence why the tests may not have picked up the virus in my case.

In the last couple of years I've not really had the need to make this post as I didn't have proper first hand experience or this virus. But now that I probably have and recovered using a simple treatment protocol, I thought I'd share what worked for me.

What feels strange to me about this specific issue is how contagious it is – it gives me more inclination based on others experiences and mounting evidence that this is made in a lab. If the labs are not shut down forever we are in deep trouble.

So what was it like?

I've had worse flu – The body aches were the worst bit.

I can imagine those not in great physical shape, have other diseases or simply are of an old age with compromised immune systems could get a right kick up the ass though.

The symptoms of ulcerative colitis, which I had many years ago is 100x worse – I'd hate to think that people are losing out on important treatments for more serious illness because of this.

I believe with the correct early treatment in majority of cases this viral disease can be prevented from getting serious – the fact this is being denied to so many people right now is a major cause for concern.

I will continue to fight for the right to early treatment and informed choices.

So what did we do?

My method of getting successful at anything is to model those already successful I.e listen to the doctors who have successfully treated cov patients (such as Dr Peter McCullough) and ignore those who have never treated a patient (this is pretty much every dr on tv and in the mainstream media, this is no joke, look it up yourself).

It's such a simple rule that I follow for every area of my life and since doing so my life has turned out pretty damn awesome since.

My treatment plan (now tried and tested on growing number of people in Spain and Koh phangan)

Note: Must be done when you first get symptoms, not till you are so sick you need hospital.

NIRAJ'S TREATMENT PLAN:

1. THE FLCC EARLY TREATMENT PROTOCOL
